The Yoga Library was created by Jaime Hepburn to provide you with that studio feeling from the comfort of your own home.

It is a space for you to study movement and mindfulness, and a place for you to come home to your breath. It is an on-demand studio + community membership designed to support you in your home practice.

Whether you're brand new to yoga or advanced practitioner, we have a little something for everyone.

We believe our biggest strength lies in our ability to deliver all-level classes. Students are given plenty of variations to tailor each class to their individual moods/needs.

We encourage free-thinking and self exploration on the mat, which means sometimes taking alternative routes if it feels right. We always ask students to meet us wherever they are in their own personal journey.

For students, time, money and access can be real barriers to keeping up a daily practice. Our hope with this space is to release you from these obstacles, giving you the freedom to practice whenever you need, in whatever head space you might be in.

Yes. We have beginner friendly classes available to start you along in your practice.

Stay tuned, we hope to launch our pre and post natal classes this month.

We hope you never have to, but should your circumstances change, you will be able to cancel at any time.

You're welcome to pause your membership for up to 3 months - just let us know by emailing and we'll take care of it.

Purchase a day pass and get 24 hour access to our entire Library of classes.

You'd definitely benefit from having a yoga mat, though we've practiced without. Other props that might enhance your practice include blocks, straps, and bolsters. Though household objects such as books, belts and couch cushions work perfectly fine!
