Our Spring Awakening Challenge is here.
Join us for 14 days of practice, beginning on Monday 18th April. We have brand new classes weaved in with old favorites, and each class was thoughtfully chosen for its energetic nature to help you re-emerge after winter. In some ways, we're born again in Spring. So consider this your rebirth, to release anything stagnant and stored in the winter, and to shed old patterns and beliefs.
Because of their energy, this challenge was designed [and works best] as a morning challenge. So set your alarms an hour earlier than you normally do, to get in the habit of starting your day with movement. We promise you'll feel the effects.
